ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however if you received defective or damaged products you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and will only be able to exchange for the same product.

Any lashes worn/used or with glue on band or mink fur will not be considered damaged or defective and Only unopened and unused products will be eligible for exchange. Product needs to be returned within 7 days to us.

No cancellations on placed orders.

Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to view on the USPS site once products are shipped.

Pre-order items can take between 12 to 35 days to process.

Processing time FOR ALL ORDERS (excluding pre-order items) are 3-4 business days not including Saturday & Sunday.
